About Demosmith

We believe every great product
deserves a great demo.

Most products are underestimated, not because they’re not good enough, but because nobody ever saw them clearly. We’re here to fix that.

The Problem

Building is hard enough.
Showing it shouldn’t be.

You spend months, sometimes years, building something you believe in. You think deeply about the user. You obsess over every edge case. You iterate, ship, break things, fix things.

And then someone asks you for a demo video, and the whole thing grinds to a halt. You need to record your screen, edit out the dead time, write a script, add a voiceover, apply your branding, export it, and upload it. And when your product ships a new feature next week, you do it all again.

This is backwards. The people closest to what they’ve built should be the worst at recording demos, because they’re too busy shipping the next thing.

A really good demo is something where you show it to the customer, and you are creating desire in that customer for what you’re doing. They have to see it and just want to reach out and grab it.

Bob McGrew, Former VP of Research at OpenAI

That’s what a demo should feel like. Not a feature list. Not a screen recording of you clicking around nervously. Desire. The feeling of reaching for something before you even know why.

Almost nobody creates demos like that, not because they don’t care, but because the tools to do it simply didn’t exist.

What We Built

An agent that watches your product
and tells its story.

Demosmith is an AI agent. You give it a URL and describe what you want to show. It opens a browser, navigates your product, understands what it sees, records the flow, removes the dead time, writes a script, generates a voiceover, applies your branding, and renders a polished video.

From URL to finished demo in minutes. No timeline. No editing. No production budget. Just your product, showing itself at its best.

We didn’t build a recorder. We built a storyteller.

What We Believe

Demo-driven is the only way
to build with purpose.

The best builders we know share one habit: they demo constantly. Not to impress people: to stay honest. A demo forces you to see your product through the eyes of someone who has no context, no patience, and no obligation to care.

When you demo, you stop thinking about what you can build and start thinking about what your customer actually wants. That shift changes everything.

01

Your product deserves to be seen clearly

Great software is invisible to the people who built it. A great demo makes it visible: to the customers, investors, and teammates who need to feel it.

02

Speed of demo = speed of learning

The faster you can show something, the faster you find out if it matters. Demosmith exists to collapse the time between “we built it” and “let me show you.”

03

Automation should free you to create, not replace creation

We handle the production. You handle the vision. The best demos still come from founders and product teams who care deeply; we just remove every barrier between that care and the customer.

04

Every product ships weekly. Demos should too.

The world moved to continuous deployment. Demo creation never caught up. Demosmith fixes that, one URL at a time.

A Note from the Founder

I’ve spent nearly a decade building software. I’ve led engineering teams, co-founded companies, and shipped products I was genuinely proud of.

And almost every time, the demo was an afterthought. Something we scrambled to put together before a launch, a sales call, or an investor meeting. We’d spend two or three hours recording, editing, re-recording because someone clicked the wrong thing. It was exhausting, and it showed in the result.

I built Demosmith because I was tired of great products being undersold by mediocre demos. I wanted a world where the quality of your demo matched the quality of what you built.

We’re early. There’s so much more to build. But if you’re a founder, a PM, a marketer, or a seller who knows what it feels like to have a great product that nobody quite “gets” yet, this is for you.

Paste your URL. Let us show what you’ve built.
